Eye Focus Media ("we", "us", "our") is a media production and creative services agency registered in Qatar, with offices at Marina 50, Lusail, Qatar. We are the data controller responsible for personal information collected through this website.

The only personal data we collect is information you choose to provide directly. When you submit our contact form or service inquiry form, we collect: your full name; email address; phone number (if provided); the service you are interested in; your message; and whether you opt in to our newsletter.

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that collects aggregated, anonymised data (such as page views and country-level location) without identifying individual visitors. We do not use advertising pixels or any other form of personal data tracking.

We process personal data on the following legal bases under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 (Personal Data Privacy Protection Law — PDPPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Contact and service inquiry forms — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps: we process your data to respond to your enquiry and to take steps toward a service agreement at your request.

Newsletter subscription — your consent: you voluntarily opted in by ticking the newsletter checkbox. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@eyefocusmedia.com.

We share your data with the following third-party processors, who act on our instructions and are contractually required to protect your information. We do not sell your personal data.

Web3Forms — our contact and service inquiry forms submit data directly to Web3Forms, which forwards submissions to our email inbox. Servers based in the United States. Privacy policy: web3forms.com/privacy

Adobe Inc. (Portfolio Videos) — work pages include video content via Adobe's Creative Cloud Video player. Adobe may collect viewing data per their privacy policy: adobe.com/privacy/policy.html

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — our website includes a WhatsApp contact button. Clicking it opens a WhatsApp conversation directly. Any data shared through WhatsApp is subject to Meta's privacy policy: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Web3Forms, Adobe Inc., and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) as part of the services described in Section 4.

Under Qatar PDPPL Article 14, we are required to inform you when your data is transferred outside Qatar. We rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including the processors' adherence to internationally recognised data protection frameworks and standard contractual terms.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

Contact form submissions — retained in our email inbox until the enquiry has been fully resolved, then deleted.

Newsletter subscribers — retained until you withdraw your consent by contacting us.

Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 (القانون رقم 13 لسنة 2016 بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Right to correction — you may request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected. • Right to deletion — you may request deletion of your data where there is no valid legal basis for us to retain it.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.

This website is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
